We collect the following information when you register for Little Sprouts Summer Camp:

Camper Information: Name, age, allergies, dietary restrictions, medical needs.
Parent/Guardian Contact Information: Name, phone number, email, emergency contacts.
Payment Details: Securely processed via an external payment provider.
Medical & Immunization Records: As required by state law.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

Process registrations and payments.
Communicate camp-related information.
Ensure camper safety and medical care.
Improve camp operations.
Keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

3. Data Security & Retention

All payment transactions are encrypted and handled securely.
No personal data is shared with third parties, except as required by law and to manage our email and SMS communications (see below).
Registration data is retained only for camp operational purposes.

4. Parental Rights & Consent

Opt-Out of Marketing: Parents may opt-out of non-essential emails.
Data Removal Requests: Parents can request data deletion by contacting privacy@tiare.io.

We use Klaviyo, a third-party service provider, to help us manage email and SMS communications, including camp updates, newsletters, cart reminders, and other marketing messages. Klaviyo processes your data on our behalf and does not use your information for any other purpose. Klaviyo stores data securely in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
