Little Sprouts Summer Camp: Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

At Little Sprouts Summer Camp, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures fairness while allowing us to maintain operations.

1. Cancellation Deadlines & Refunds

  • Cancellations made on or before May 16, 2025: Full refund minus $40 cancellation fee

  • Cancellations made after May 16, 2025: No refund

  • ​No refunds will be issued for missed camp days or partial attendance.

2. Refund Exceptions

  • Camp Session Cancellation: If a camp session is canceled due to low enrollment or other emergencies, parents may choose:

    • A full refund.

    • A session transfer, subject to availability.

  • Health-Related Closures: If the camp closes due to a public health emergency, no refunds will be issued.

3. Session Transfers & Camp Credits

  • Session Transfers: Parents may request a session transfer for a $25 administrative fee.

  • Camp Credits: We do not offer credits for future camp seasons.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Requests: Email contact@tiare.io with:

    • Subject Line: "Camp Cancellation Request – [Child’s Full Name]".

    • Parent/guardian name.

    • Reason for cancellation.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
